In our application we are using Intel IQSV for Mpeg and H264 encoding.
We are connecting both the monitor on external graphic card (AMD), We are not connecting any monitor to motherboard .
In windows 7, For encoding we are creating virtual monitor (screen resolution -> Detect -> selecting Intel(R) HD graphic displaying -> Extend these display )
But in Windows 10, I am unable to detect any virtual monitor . So Mpeg / H264 encoding failed to start.
Please suggest any solution for start encoding in windows 10 without connecting monitor to motherboard.
